Terms of Service

By using the KDX Group payment portal you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

KDX Group acts as a customs brokerage intermediary. We file customs entries, calculate duties and taxes on behalf of the destination country's customs authority, and collect payment to release your shipment.

2. Accuracy

Duty and tax amounts are determined by customs authorities based on the declared value, tariff classification and country of origin of the goods. KDX Group transmits these amounts faithfully. We are not responsible for changes in tariff rates or reclassification by customs after payment.

3. Payment

Payment is due before your shipment can be released for delivery. All amounts are shown in the currency indicated on your invoice.

4. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your payment and file customs documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Liability

KDX Group's liability is limited to the amount of fees collected for the brokerage service. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, government holds, or carrier issues.
